New Age Doom

Emerging from the rainy urban landscape of Vancouver, NEW AGE DOOM, an experimental drone metal ensemble, melds and defies the conventions of its genre namesake to craft a distinctive expression of extreme music.

Guided by the core partnership of drummer Eric J. Breitenbach and multi-instrumentalist Greg Valou, the band welcomes an eclectic array of guest artists from the realms of world music, jazz, and rock, weaving extended compositions that grapple with the prevailing sense of despair in today’s cultural landscape.
