Ebbb

Without releasing a single song, Ebbb – comprised of producer Lev Ceylan, vocalist Will Rowland and drummer Scott MacDonald – have built a storied mythology on London’s underground live circuit. It’s here that bands like Squid and black midi were discovered as well, but the reputation that Ebbb have built for themselves so quickly is a sight to behold, or as So Young Magazine described it: ‘an almost religious experience’.

Word of mouth has lead to a rapid ascent for the trio, and last June saw the release of their very first EP ‘All At Once, through Ninja Tune. Drawing on a diverse range of influences, the band carefully weave the electronic worlds of gabber and techno with ambient pop and folk to produce a shapeshifting blend which defies convention.
